PHASE 0 (Completed)
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
During PHASE 0 when the team originally got together there was a lot of analysis done on how to make the crypto experience as a whole, better and more user-friendly.
Pre-Launch
In order for the upcoming, $NEXUS token & Folio launch in PHASE 1, to become a success. We partnered with crypto whale groups, shill armies, and scheduled an AMA tour with engaged crypto groups.
To make our community feel safe about our project we applied for a Certik audit before launch and received a score of 95 out of 100.
During our pre-launch period, we held a whitelist competition with an incentive for long-term holding and built a community of holders that will provide feedback for building Nexus dApps.
Had a private sale of 100BNB which went directly to marketing followed by a presale where 80% of the presale went to liquidity, and the other 20% went directly to the marketing team for post-launch activities.
PHASE 1 (Completed)
Launching the $NEXUS Token
Not every token’s launch is perfect and neither was ours. After having a very successful private sale, presale, and subsequent token launch we reached our ATH after which the contracting marketing agency conducted a massive token dump. Despite this setback, the team was hopeful for the future and learned a lot in the token launching process.
After the chart settled we continued on, by taking the feedback loop we’ve created in the community and prioritizing the most sought-after features in our roadmap.
Launching Nexus Folio
After the initial launch we released the first version of our portfolio tracking app; Nexus Folio.
The initial version featured portfolio tracking for tokens on Binance Smart Chain (now Beacon Chain) and the Ethereum (ETH) chain. Version 1 of our dApp allowed users to use multiple wallets across both chains to manage their portfolio with ease in a safe and user-friendly environment.
PHASE 2 (Completed)
During PHASE 2 the team spent a lot of time polishing the dApp & Nexus ecosystem while growing organically.
Strategic Partnerships
We started forming strategic partnerships with high-quality NFT projects in order to pilot our services & tools for Nexus KRE8. During this pilot phase, our partners provided us with valuable feedback for the platform’s further development.
Staking Pools
We also launched our Staking pools on 22-10-2021 to start our community rewards system within the Nexus Ecosystem offering Nexus holders exclusive perks and discounts on top of a sustainable APR.
NexyBuyBot
During this period we first started experiencing issues with the buybot we were using in our Telegram community so we built & released our own free buy bot called NexyBuyBot.
Content & EDU
The first Nexus content started hitting social media like our crypto explainer posts & podcasts. This was derived from the initial start of developing our EDU materials solving a crucial issue in the cryptosphere today.
Nexus Folio Updates
During PHASE 2 Nexus Folio received a variety of updates, quantifying actual progress made towards accomplishing the project’s mission, vision, and goals. These updates were the addition of releasing Cronos Chain wallet tracking and Spam Token Detection for BSC, CRO & ETH on the Nexus Folio platform. A universal token search bar on our charting page was added as well for easy search of a tokens’ chart. The team also expanded upon the login option for Nexus Folio by partnering with Unstoppable Domains and allowing NFT domain login on the Nexus Folio platform.
First Revenue Stream
During PHASE 2 we have successfully been able to implement our first revenue stream on the Nexus Ecosystem in the form of Featured Tokens. This proves the viability of Nexus LLC as a business. Featured Tokens will start generating revenue for the benefit of further development down the road ensuring company goals are met.
Community
During this build phase, we continued a moderate AMA schedule, but in a structured format that aligns with dApp release milestones and community targets. Besides this, we ran various community activation campaigns in order to meet organic growth targets.
PHASE 3 (Currently in Progress)
During PHASE 3 the Nexus team will focus on expanding the features within the Nexus Ecosystem, Launch new parts of it and implement more revenue streams as well as moving to a native cross-chain token for optimal Ecosystem integration.
AVAX, NEAR protocol, MATIC & FANTOM chains for portfolio tracking
We will continue to add support for more and more blockchains as time goes on.
More supported chains for charts within Nexus Folio
Along with portfolio tracking, the necessity of viewing charts arises as well. Therefore we will continue to add support for more and more blockchains as time goes on. First on our list for charts is CRO, AVAX, NEAR protocol, MATIC & FANTOM.
Nexus goes Cross-Chain
In April 2022 Nexus announced their BSC token will go cross-chain with the Cronos chain. Details in regards to the launch date will be announced closer to the launch in order to play into market conditions. Nexus Swap, Trading Tools & cross-chain Bridge
During PHASE 3 Nexus will start releasing their first trading tools such as limit orders, stop-loss orders, a token swap platform with Nexus Folio and of course a cross-chain bridge to accompany the $NEXUS token going cross-chain.
Nexus EDU
First course developments are well on their way and we should see the first EDU materials roll-out during PHASE 3. Development on the iOS & Android app will continue while first EDU content pops onto the more standard channels.
The Consortium
Our network of industry professionals will continue to grow alongside, but independent of, Nexus. It is our aim to make this a consortium for all ruled by none.
Scale
During PHASE 3 we should see our first revenue streams pop online and with that our ability to scale Nexus into a larger business & community as a whole. It is our aim to attract users, developers, educators and new team members during this phase in order to sustain the stable growth of the Nexus Ecosystem. As revenue starts to flow we will be able to now demonstrate the revenue sharing reward structure of holding and staking in a concrete way, and this should attract even more whales and long-term holders that will benefit the valuation of the token in an organic way.
Marketing
With stable cash flow, we can begin larger marketing efforts on more traditional media platforms like sponsored Coin Telegraph articles, Brave ads, and a-ads. Plus in order to expand our user base it is our aim to get the $NEXUS token listed on a top 20 DEX or CEX during this phase for massive brand exposure.
